Molly Brackett | Structural Integration Practitioner | National Certified Massage Therapist | Registered Yoga Tecaher
Molly is certified in the Rolf Method of Structural Integration, also known as Rolfing® from The Guild for Structural Integration in Boulder, Colorado. Her massage training was completed at CenterPoint Massage & Shiatsu Therapy School where she was trained in swedish relaxation, orthopedic and rehabilitative massage therapies. Most recently Molly graduated from a 210+ hour Yoga Teacher Training Program from the Yoga Center of Minneapolis in 2012.
Molly began her career as a massage therapist in 2006. She always had a calling for the natural way of healing, but after her own battle with chronic migraines she began to cultivate her path as a therapeutic practitioner.
Beginning her collegiate degree at Drake University as pharmacy major, she later switched to journalism and mass communication. She felt there was a disconnect with her own healing principles using various holistic healing therapies, yet she was studying the traditional medical model. After graduating in 2004 with an advertising degree, she began working for a large retail corporation and later with a software engineering firm where she decided neither of these were her passion.
Motivated to help people make a difference in their life she embarked on massage therapy training at CenterPoint School of Massage and The Guild for Structural Integration certification programs. After months of traveling and extensive education, Molly arrived home in Minneapolis founding Body Restoration, LLC. Molly has her private practice in the scenic Uptown neighborhood one block north of Lake Calhoun.
She now spends her time between her private practice and teaching Rehabilitative and Trigger Point Massage Therapy at CenterPoint School of Massage.
Molly wishes to thank her professors, instructors, and mentors who have helped guide her on her journey including Karen Lawson, Chip Miller, Jackson Petersburg, Susie Nichols, Tanya Boigenzahn Sowards, Emmett Hutchins, Tom Wing, Liz Stewart Silverman, Michael Solberg and Jennifer Gray and countless others. A special thank you belongs to her family and friends for their continual love and support!
Aside from her endless passion for bodywork and holistic healing, she enjoys spending time with family & friends, practicing yoga, meditation, running, horseback riding, reading, and cooking.
Peace, love & blessings to all!
